Contact details (full name, phone, email) when you fill in forms, appointment details, and — with separate explicit consent — health data necessary for the safe provision of our services.

To handle appointments, to carry out treatments safely, to communicate with you and — if you choose it — to send you newsletter emails.

4. How long we keep it

Only for as long as the purpose of collection or the law requires. You can ask for deletion at any time.

5. Your rights
